Hand Control: Power Magic is an entertainment app developed by Chameleon Team. We are committed to providing a smooth, fun, and safe experience for all users.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: The app crashes or doesn't open.
Try: (1) closing other apps, (2) restarting your device, (3) updating to the latest version. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
Q: Why does the app need Camera and Microphone access?
These permissions are required for the core hand-control / magic features. You can deny them, but related features will be disabled. Manage in Settings → Hand Control: Power Magic.
Q: How do I manage my subscription or in-app purchase?
Go to Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad. From there you can view, modify, or cancel any active subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Q: How do I delete my data?
Email chameleonteamsupport@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will process within 30 days.
Q: How do I uninstall?
Long-press the app icon → "Remove App" → "Delete App." This stops all further data collection.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Information We Collect
Automatically:
- Device information (model, iOS version, unique device identifiers)
- IP address and general region (country/city level)
- App usage data (screens viewed, time spent, interactions)
- Crash and performance logs
- Advertising Identifier (IDFA) — only if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt
- In-app purchase / subscription receipts (validated through Apple, no payment card data is collected by us)
Provided by you (optional):
- Email address — only when contacting support
Camera & Microphone data:
- Used only in real-time for the app's interactive features
- Not uploaded to our servers and not shared with any third party
- Not stored beyond the active session unless you explicitly save content
We do NOT collect:
- Precise GPS location
- Your contacts
- Sensitive personal data (race, religion, political opinions, health, biometrics, etc.)
- Payment card numbers (handled entirely by Apple)
2.2 iOS Permissions
The app requests the following permissions. You can manage them in Settings → Hand Control: Power Magic:

2.3 How We Use Your Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the app
- Process camera and microphone input on-device for the app's features
- Diagnose crashes and technical issues
- Validate and deliver in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Display advertisements (personalized or non-personalized based on your ATT choice)
- Measure ad performance and attribution
- Respond to support requests
- Send important service notices
2.4 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The app offers paid features through in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions, processed exclusively by Apple's App Store.
- All payment information (credit card, Apple ID, billing address) is handled directly by Apple — we never see or store it
- We receive only a transaction receipt confirming a purchase was made
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- To cancel: go to Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your device
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
- Pricing, duration, and renewal terms are shown to you before purchase
2.5 Advertising & App Tracking Transparency
The app displays advertising through third-party ad networks. iOS will show an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking permission to track you across other apps and websites.
- Allow: You may see more relevant, personalized ads. Your IDFA is shared with ad partners.
- Decline: You will still see ads, but they will not be personalized. No IDFA is shared.
Change anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
2.6 Third-Party Services
We integrate with trusted providers. Each has its own privacy policy:

2.7 Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only when:
- Required by law, court order, or government request
- Necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or to protect user safety
- Working with trusted service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
2.8 Data Retention & Deletion
We retain data only as long as needed to operate the service or as required by law.
To request deletion, email chameleonteamsupport@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request."
We will process within 30 days. Uninstalling the app stops further collection but does not automatically delete past data — please send a request.
(Note: This app does not require account creation, so there is no account to delete.)
2.9 Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
2.10 Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your region, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Withdraw consent or object to processing
- Data portability
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
EEA/UK (GDPR): Full rights under the General Data Protection Regulation.
California (CCPA/CPRA): Right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sales/sharing." We do not sell your data.

2.11 Data Security
We apply commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
2.12 International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries where data protection laws differ from your own. By using the app, you consent to such transfers, subject to safeguards required by law.
2.13 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
